Research and concepting tooling
A research tool I built for my own practice. It maps out a business's competitors, audits their current site, and drafts the first concept using their real content instead of placeholder text. The design decisions are still mine — this is just how prospects get a custom preview before they've spent anything.

The promo reels on my Instagram never touch editing software. Each one is written as code and rendered straight to finished vertical video by a pipeline I built.

Gig scheduling, payments, and mileage in one place for working musicians. I gig regularly myself, and the money side has always lived across a calendar, a spreadsheet, and memory. I'm building the tool I kept wishing existed.
Rental Tracker
Property management for independent landlords
Income and expenses for rental properties, organized by Schedule E category with tax-ready exports. Statements from property managers import directly instead of being typed in line by line.
